Offences involving alcohol or other drugs

For the charge of ‘Refuse to provide oral fluid – drug driving’, the maximum penalty is:

First Offence: 12 penalty units and a licence disqualification for 2 years

Second Offence: 60 penalty units

Subsequent Offence: 120 penalty units
