For quantities of 10 cannabis plants or 250g of cannabis the quantity is considered a traffickable quantity and the penalties are naturally more severe.
Cannabis Cultivation – Commercial Quantity
For quantities of 100 cannabis plants or 25kg of cannabis the charge in Victoria is “Cultivation of narcotic plants – Commercial Quantity“.
Cannabis Cultivation – Large Commercial Quantity
For quantities of 1000 cannabis plants or 250kg of cannabis the charge in Victoria is “Cultivation of narcotic plants – Large Commercial Quantity“.
