First, we must obtain the Prosecution’s position to the application (is it by consent or contested), and get the Informant’s unsuitable dates. We then contact the Criminal Registry to obtain a date for the Application.
It is then necessary to preparing the Application for Bail form (with an attached chronology and proposed conditions if not opposed) for a County Court Bail Application. This is then e-lodged and must be served on the Informant and Office of Public Prosecutions.
