We may need to do the following:
- Subpoenas – to get documents brought to Court that we think will be helpful to your case.
- Get expert reports to show where the prosecution witnesses are making wrongful assertions.
- Get statements from other witnesses to question the Informant about.
- Go and view the alleged scene of the crime.
To make use of the committal properly you need to have thought out what the weaknesses in the criminal prosecution are and how you will highlight this.
