It is necessary to file the Application for Bail with the Court, and serve it on the Informant and the Prosecution.
After that is done, we need to make arrangements to ensure the client is brought to Court. This is done by producing a gaol order form and having it signed by a Magistrate and then sending it to Central Records at the prisons. The means the Client is brought from the custody centre to the Court for their application.
