Did the mention resolve your case? Was there an indication from the prosecution they would withdraw charges?
That is that either;
- Charges have been withdrawn and you are pleading guilty to other charges; or
- No charges are being withdrawn but you have decided to plead guilty anyway.
If the case is still proceeding press “no” and you will be taken to a contest mention hearing.
