Affray and Assault – Charges Withdrawn

We acted on the client’s behalf at the Melbourne Magistrates’ Court.

During the summary case conference at the first mention of the matter, the prosecutor accepted our submission that the client had been acting in self defence and agreed to withdraw all charges.
