Our client was charged with driving whilst suspended for the 5th time and stating false name to police for the 2nd time in over a period of 6 years.

Dee Giannopoulos represented our client at the Broadmeadows Magistrates’ Court.

Our client received a wholly suspended sentence without interference with his current licence. Imprisonment was among the sentencing options available to the Magistrate but he was persuaded not to impose an immediate term.
