Theft of Motor Vehicle x 15, Plea of Guilty in the County Court
Shaun Pascoe, who is our lawyer based in Doogue + George – Heidelberg Office, appeared in the Melbourne County Court for his client who was charged with 15 separate counts of theft of motor vehicle. The property value of the thefts exceeded the jurisdiction of the Magistrates’ Court. His client was 20 at the time of the plea in the County Court, but 18 at the time of the offence.
By distinguishing between her role and the role of her co-accused, and the criminality of her actions compared to her co-accused, he was able to successfully argue that Court sentence her to a Community Based Order.
He is an experienced criminal law solicitor and works hard to achieve the best possible outcomes for his clients. Shaun handles indictable and summary criminal offences and is an expert at criminal defence for both contested and non-contested cases.
