Robbery and Drug Charges – Withdrawn
Our client had been charged with armed robbery and robbery arising out of two alleged incidents. He had made a statement to the police confessing to both allegations.

All charges were withdrawn at the committal mention.
The charges were withdrawn following negotiations with the prosecution. We were able to convince the Prosecutor that the client’s statement in which he admitted to the allegations was inadmissible as evidence because it had not been recorded on either audio or video.
