Possession of Child Pornography – Suspended Sentence
Our client lost his phone in a park. It had been found by another person and was handed to the Police. In attempting to locate the owner of the phone, the Police found a large quantity of pornographic images. Our client was subsequently identified and charged with Possessing child pornography.

Our client was sentenced to 4 months imprisonment wholly suspended for 2 years. For breaching a Community Based Order, an order was varied and extended to enable his participation in the Sex Offenders Program. No additional Sex Offenders Registration orders were made.
