Fail to Give Way When Changing Lanes, Fail to Produce Drivers Licence

The client was booked by an off duty inspector of police as he tried to merge with traffic. The police officer then pulled our client over and demanded his licence. Client refused due to the attitude of the police inspector.

He was charged with:

  • Fail to give way when changing lanes
  • Fail to produce driver’s licence

We represented the client at the Broadmeadows Magistrates’ Court.

The client received a good behaviour bond without conviction.
