The client was found driving disqualified after receiving a licence disqualification for drink driving.
The client pleaded guilty to one charge of driving whilst disqualified.
We represented the client at the Broadmeadows Magistrates’ Court.
The Magistrate imposed a $500 fine with three months to pay that sum. No loss of licence was ordered. The client could not attend court due to work commitments and sought permission to have the matter heard in her absence. The application was granted.
