What is alleged to have occured?
The client was alleged to have cut open the victim’s stomach during a party at a flat.
This was witnessed by many but only his girlfriend gave evidence to confirm that it was the case. She admitted in cross-examination that she had previously tried to run the victim over with a car.

Bill Doogue represented our client at the Supreme Court for the charges of Attempted Murder and Intentionally Causing Serious Injury.

The jury acquitted on all charges.
