Aggravated Burglary – Not Guilty at Trial
The client was charged with aggravated burglary of a property. Three people had invaded the home of the complainant, wearing balaclavas and carrying weapons. The complainant was assaulted during the burglary, and the three men demanded money. The client was said to be identified by his voice. Evidence was given by the witness who claimed that he recognised the client’s voice.
We represented the client at the Melbourne County Court.
The client was found not guilty of all charges by the jury.
