Who is running the committal for you?
Who is running the committal for you?
Prior to the committal either one of our Barristers and Solicitors from our firm or one of the Counsel we regularly use will have been briefed in your matter. They will have been provided all the relevant material and given an explanation of the case by your lawyer.
You will have a conference with the person appearing for you prior to the committal. It is necessary for you to have a good understanding of what the goal is in the committal and how useful committals can be.
