The preparation for a bail application will involve your lawyer looking for strong grounds (and evidence to support them) to put forward as to why you should be on bail.
Often there is a proposed surety paying money or putting up their equity in their house as a surety. We would need to have discussions with them about what that involves. It is also important that they bring all the necessary documents so that if bail is granted they can provide the necessary documents immediately. There is nothing worse than a person getting bail and then sitting in custody because the paperwork has not been organized
