Preparation for your contested hearing (plea of not guilty) may involve the following;

1. Getting photographs
2. Proofing witnesses and/or taking statements from them
3. Preparing a brief for a barrister and having conferences with them
4. Ensuring that we are provided with typed transcript of interview
5. Preparing you for the type of questions you will be asked and what happens in a Court hearing.
