Are you pleading guilty?

If you are not guilty of the charges the decision is simple. Press the "No" button.

Do not plead guilty to all your charges without getting legal advice.
 
The Police generally will charge you with a number of alternative charges  ie intentionally causing injury and recklessly causing injury. You are not guilty of both and the charge you plead to can have a large difference in the maximum penalty.

We need to discuss with you the appropriate charges that you should be pleading guilty to.

If you have been over-charged then you would be pressing the "No" button.

If there is no question that you are guilty of all the charges (and don't dispute the police version of what happenned)  then press "Yes"
