Filing the documents at Court
Filing the documents at Court
The bail application and affidavits should now be filed with the Supreme Court Prothonotary and served on the Prosecution.
The Prothonotary's office is at Level 2 , 436 Lonsdale Street.
Three copies of all the documentation needs to be given to the Court who will keep one copy and stamp the other two copies.
We then serve a copy on the Prosecutors.
The Court do not give you a date straight away. They will talk to the Prosecutors to find a mutually convenient date.
