Cassie Collier is a Barrister and Solicitor who appears every day for clients in the Magistrates’, County and Children’s Courts in Victoria. She appears in pleas of guilty, bail applications, appeals, in breach proceedings, and also on driver’s licence restorations applications. Before joining the firm, Cassie worked in commercial law and as a volunteer lawyer for the Public Interest Law Clearing House (PILCH). She spent considerable time representing homeless persons in infringements cases as well as in tenancy and civil debt matters. Cassie also has a keen interest in Australian politics and French, and has an undergraduate degree in arts. Cassie has extensive experience representing clients in in the committal stream of the Magistrates’ Court and also in instructing barristers who are representing defendants in County Court and Supreme Court trials.

Cassie graduated with Honours in law from Monash University.

Cassie is based at Doogue and O’Brien’s Melbourne office and volunteers at the Broadmeadows Community Legal Service.
