Arranging suitable date for the bail application
Arranging suitable date for the bail application
It is necessary to contact the Prosecutors and see what date is suitable for the bail application. We often ring the Informant first and find out what dates are suitable for them. We try to fit it around their shifts as much as possible. If they are not available for a long time then they will have to nominate someone else to appear at the bail application.
Once we have suitable dates worked out then we contact the Committal Coordinator and find out a date that suits the Court.
