Affidavits in support of bail application.
Affidavits in support of bail application.
It is necessary to file at least one affidavit in support of a bail application. Most commonly that is an affidavit from the solicitor who is looking after your case. They detail the facts of your case and what has happened in relation to previous bail applications in this case.
The affidavit will also have to set out the reasons that it is submitted that granting bail is the appropriate course of action.
